At Melted Market, each product is hand-poured and carefully prepared before shipping to ensure quality and consistency. Orders are processed within the timeframe listed at checkout and shipped on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and delivery dates are no longer guaranteed by Melted Market.

Because our products are made from wax, seasonal temperatures may affect their appearance during transit. This is a natural characteristic of wax and does not impact the quality or performance of the product.
