Refund policy

At Melted Market, all products are hand-poured and made with care. Refunds are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or unusable. We do not accept returns or refunds for disliking a scent, scent strength, buyer’s remorse, or for any reason other than damaged or unusable product. Fragrance preference is subjective and is not considered a defect.

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Customers must contact Melted Market by email no later than 30 days from the shipment date to request a Return Authorization Code before returning any product. Photo or video evidence clearly showing the damage or issue is required for approval. Returns sent without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted.

Once a return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Melted Market. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. No refund will be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected by Melted Market. Refunds will only be processed after the item has been delivered back to us.

Melted Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or non-deliverable packages, carrier delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or damage caused by shipping or heat exposure during transit. By placing an order with Melted Market, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
